Services & Fees

Additional Policies and Procedures

This page contains additional information about cancellation, off-hour, and user fees. The facility is heavily used and these policies are necessary to ensure availability to as many researchers as possible

Any off-hour visits (after 6:00 pm weekdays, anytime on weekends) will be charged a 4 hour minimum "attended" fee.

Attended rates are as posted. Unattended rates (such as during time lapse experiments)will be charged $10/hr.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

  • Notice of cancellation of imaging must be 24 hours prior to the start time of the experiment for all fees to be waived
  • The fee charged will be equal to half the amount the total experiment was to be charged, up to 4 hrs. For example, If an experiment was scheduled for 8 hours, and it is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, the cancellation fee assessed will be equal to 4 hours worth of imaging. If a 2 hour session is cancelled, 1 hour worth ofimaging will be charged
